New Wealth Advisors Club
The club is the vision of Melina and her husband Dave Boswell. It is the culmination of their search to find a way to become successful real estate investors and their experience in running and growing successful business in the past. Their journey crossed many educational paths that provided information but ultimately left them missing some pieces of the investing puzzle. Frustrated and never ones to quit, Melina and Dave were determined to make it happen. They took action and began to build their real estate investing portfolio. They were successful and ready to share with others how to do the same. Melina tapped into her experience in the mortgage industry, leveraged her knowledge in the legal and real estate arenas, put her curriculum development skills to work and wrapped it all up with her natural love of helping people; the Club was born.
Melina has created an environment where members can expect to be surrounded by real people willing to invest time and effort in them to achieve their goals. Senior members assist in educating and supporting other club members the same way they were taught by Melina and Dave. Melina remains as the driving force behind all club meetings, training sessions, courses, coaching and mentoring.
New Wealth Advisors Club doesn't do real estate deals. But New Wealth Advisors Club does teach real estate and provides a real place for like-minded folks to work together on deals. The approach that New Wealth Advisors Club takes to real estate is to always put the homeowner in a better position than when they were found. This can be seen in examples like free education for homeowners at a foreclosure prevention event, where Melina and others, like real estate lawyer Nathan Fransen, can be seen empowering homeowners to find the right solution when facing foreclosure.
